There should be no reason that the 25 powerlines, the 15 people and the numerous automobiles next to a busy street and all with in 25 feet of the drone should matter.... It has GPS lock

This was a closed set shoot but I assume your comments are not for real.
I can think of half a dozen things that could go wrong here and cause problems/injury.

GPS should never be relied upon and is an assistance not a dependence.
