DJI just released new hand held Camera + Stabilization system called Osmo
    Info from DJI official's webpage:
DJI Osmo – Reinvent Movement | DJI

Here some info concluded from tech reviewers:

    Pros
1.Cameras can be upgraded (changed to X5, X5R and so on)
    Attached X3+X5+X5R comparison link
2.Can capture videos tops to 120FPS (Slow Motion)
    3.Modes includes timelapse, panorama etc
4.Phones for displaying paired up to 25m away, while GoPro bluetooth being weaker and LCD viewfinder being too small. And more spec’ can be set in phone for Osmo
5.$649 includes both camera and stabilizer
6.Accessories like bicycle mount, universal mount, tripod, extention arm
7.Front trigger that can quickly switch modes, including front-facing, upright position, selfie mode. Perfect for video bloggers who don't want to use a selfie-stick
8.It has a 3.5mm audio jack for using external professional-quality microphones
9.Compared with 4K GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition and stabilizer for action camera, Osmo solution may save 10-20% of the cost

    Cons
Not waterproof, doesn't have GoPro's durability - It's not meant for skier, surfer or mountain biker. Osmo appeals to filmmaker, journalist and YouTube stars.
GoPro us a 170-degree slight fish-eye lens, Osmo uses a narrower, 94 degree field-of-view lens on a 1/2.3 inch sensor.

DJI need to 'Reinvent | Customer Support' before I'm touching another product!!

I have a bag full of GoPRO stuff so I'll head in that direction for 'hand cam' action work.

There is no indication whether it will actually be available without cam yet, so obviously no price either.
