This is what I get when I go to DJI's website for the TB48. Even at B&H displays discontinued. Strange... Is there a TB49 coming?

There are a number of shipping restrictions now with batteries over 100wh, this was reinforced a few months back and now you won't get some shipped internationally officially or cross boarders. You have to now source with in your country.

Yes, Lithium batteries are unstable. The recent recall of the Samsung Note 7 is evidence of that... and also the battery banks on the Boeing Dreamliner 787s.

Buy from your local dealer, and you won't have the problem. Henry's has them for $300 canadian, which, with exchange is only $30 more. You still will pay Canadian taxes on your USA purchases.

Just buy from a Dealer, Support your local guys. We have TB48 Batteries and can still order them. Same price as DJI used to sell them for directly. We handle the dangerous goods import on our end.
