What are people’s thoughts about the legality of taking a time-lapse video showing traffic over a highway? It was done in the United States at an altitude of 375 ft.

This is why I asked which country you were talking about.
In the UK for example if this was flew directly overhead then it would be illegal.
Not ‘against the rules’ but actually breaking the law under the Air Navigation Order.
