Where should I buy a V2.0 or a version D?

I am about to pull the trigger but there are so many bad reviews about the first versions of the Inspire and I am such an average pilot that I don't want to take any risk with a version known for multiple critical issues.

As per my understanding, version D and the new 2.0 are a bit more reliable.

I am trying to get the most reliable version of the Inspire and if I can avoid updating the firmware as soon as I unbox it, that would be great.
I am also looking for units in stock as I need this bird ready to fly before December 11th.

Which vendor has the latest version available?
Which vendor is reliable (good customer service, offer firmware upgrade services...)?
Which vendor ships fast?

I got my from ritzcamera and it was the D model. It's was Amazon prime.

Ive ordered all of my past Phantoms & Inspire from B&H. Free expedited shipping, & very flexible if you want to exchange/return. Their version 2.1 system is still showing as PRE-ORDER though. You'd have to ask when they expect it to arrive.
