Page 1 and 2 are a disclaimers that basically say read all the instructions and DJI is not responsible for any problems that result from using these locks. Page 3 has the "instructions" which say, go to the website to find how how to use the 1345LS! All the rest of the book is multiple languages. Honestly, if I was a comedy writer for Saturday Night Live, I couldn't make up anything more absurdly funny!!!

Just fitted my replacements. As expected, white props are perfect with no play. Red props had too much play.

Tried the foam inserts in the red props and found that there was still too much play. Took out the foam inserts and tried the vinyl tape and the result was perfect. No play whatsoever, matching the white props.

Fired up the inspire on idle just to check that all sounded OK, which it was. Just need some decent weekend weather now to give it a fly.

For those readers in the UK, the 10p piece is a perfect size to use as the template to cut out the vinyl tape shim

Fitted mine some days ago but, for various reasons, I couldn't do a test flight until yesterday. From the outset all 4 props fitted snugly (no foam inserts needed) and no noticeable unwanted extra noise. The craft flew like a dream. Very happy.

A couple of pics as promised

First one shows the new plates installed on the white props, with no need for any mods. The second shows the red props with the need for vinyl tape to act as a shim to take up the slack

I just installed mine. I also noticed that the red props have some slight play! So I inserted the foam into those the white props seem seems fine. Idled for around 5 minutes no noise

I ended up getting some "liquid electrical tape" brush on vinyl and put a thin layer around the edges of the prop holes. Works like a charm.

Any idea if they plan to fix this properly

hi all. i received 6 screws with each motor mount pack, 6 for CCW, 6 for CW. but installation seem to use only 4. Is that right? Leftover screws always give me a heart attack.
