2nd Remote Controller

I am about to purchase two dedicated iPad mini 4 for my Inspire. I am going to get the cellular option for the main controller, but was wondering if the second one really needed cellular.

Thoughts?

You don't really need cellular for either. You can cache the maps at home with wifi and if you need connection in the field, you can always create a hotspot with your phone. No sense creating another cell account.
