A Need for Speed?

So not being a meteorologist or a Bonnerville Salt Lakes Speed racer I really don't know the best ideal conditions to get a good speed run.
I just got 55 mph with legs down at 3 in the aft noon temp 107 degrees full sun and only a 4 mph tail wind. Elevation 750 ft. So what conditions are you guys in to get 20 mph greater than me ? image.jpg

Thing WILL haul azz downwind.. that is for sure...
And it's a slightly faster breeze at 400ft up then at 200ft up... ;)
Just make sure it can claw it's way upwind back to you... :p
I was sweating bullets a week ago when it was crawling back upwind at only 12.5 mph maxed out...:oops:
I'll have to remember that gear down trick...

Strong tailwind, went 82.4 with the wind and only about 15 against it, lol
