No, 1 x 5200 6S Multistar . Next test 2 x 2200 6S Zippys. After that 2x 5200 3S Traxxas in series.

I predict the 2200's will still be top dog but post those results! I could be wrong.

Where are you mounting the single and doubles? That can make a difference.

My next test since I'm Thunder Power poor at the moment will be with 2 nano 2650's. That holds promise I think to get beyond my 27:36 mark with the 2200's.

The brand is Multistar. Mounting them like Damon, on the sides. The 1 x 6S under the belly. In general, mounting them is a pain. So will only do when I need extra flight time. Receiving my V2 tomorrow. Lets see how that performs.

Zippys 2 x 2200 mah NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Good ! Even the 40C Versions that I have. At 15% all cells in the red. Only 24 mins flight time :-(

Zips were down to 3%. So for now, Multistars are much better.

Remain to see the Traxxas ones.IMG_0709.PNG

They weigh 370g each. Mounted on the sides, like you did. Main is TB48, yes.

Just tried 2 x 5200 3S Traxxas in series. No good either. 23 mins. Was windy though.

Next try 2 x 5200 6S Multistars.

So far best has been 1 x 5200 6S Multistar.

Flying X3.

What time did you get with the 6S 5200? Two of those I think will be way too heavy.

I got 27.10 mins. But it was cold and a little windy. So I guess there is some improvement possible.

They may be heavy, but worth a try...;-)

Definitely worth a try! Please post back your results. It's s community effort now! :)

I'm still confused by the 6S 2200 results, but maybe it's just the difference between the Zippys and Nano? I got 27:36 to 10% on the nano's but you only got 24min.

How are you planning to mounting the 6S 5200's? Be careful with props. I had to change mount position with my 5200 3S's as they are so much bigger than the others. Things looked ok but then I did an inside landing gear transition and it was clear I would have punctured the packs in flight if I had gone out that way on landing gear up.

Will try to mount them under the arm. 1 on each side. If results are good, will look for a better mounting possibility.

Want to try the TP Lihv but cant find them anywhere in Europe...

Been testing it this afternoon, everything seems fine, will carry 4 6s next time.
2 x 2200 on the side
2 x 1550 under the main unit.
