So I am pulling the plug on the I2 and want to know where everyone has seen the best deals. I understand they are all MAP Priced. I'm not looking for that. What I am looking for is companies will put together kit's and have added bonuses to sell the item faster like extra batteries, premium case etc.... Let me know what you see so I can get me one before I change my mind (actually before my wife does lol :p).

Advexure is the way to go. Best DJI dealer around in my opinion. I have purchased a Mavic and I2 from them and they have been extremely helpful and kind to me. Mavic was my first ever drone and now they have me completely hooked. :D They're very responsive to emails and also help out here on the forum a lot (@Advexure). Super service.

They're I2's are on back order and I don't see and "bonuses" listed in their stuff. I can buy the I2 and the X5s Camera for $4749 so the only thing that would bring me to buy is extras thrown in.

Ahh I see now that they're sold out out of the regular I2s, looks like they only have the combos with the codes right now. From what I've seen DJI has a very strict MAP policy...I don't think a dealer can advertise any bundle different from MAP...maybe I'm wrong. I'll be honest I didn't price shop a whole lot after seeing that DJI had MAP. What was important to me was buying from a reliable source/dealer after I read all the horror stories about buying direct at DJI before I pulled the trigger on a Mavic Pro back in October.

Yeah thats where I am too. I am being cautious where I buy. A local dealer has an open box never flown he will knock off $150 for me only because he knows me and knows I am a legitimate business. Otherwise it would be MAP prices all around. ;) I know some dealers will add like 2 batteries in and give you a rebate so it don't violate their policy or terms with DJI. Most don't though. Come next week if I don't see a better deal I am getting the local one.

You are trying to find the "Best Deal" for some extras on a very large purchase. In my opinion you would be better off finding a great dealer and pay their price. The support you will get will be worth way more than a couple of free batteries if and when you have a problem.

The company here is a well established and respected company so I don't have any of those issues. Shopping around is never a bad thing. I don't plan on buying from anyone who is not a reputable business and an actual DJI dealer. Believe it or not some of them would love some flexibility on pricing. Either way I'm getting my I2 next week. With or without extras.

FlyHighUSA is the best. Ralph @FlyHighUSA has supported our ImagingInFlight.com services for years. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We have purchase or SAR equipment, DBSMod for our RCs for extended range, and DJI Matrice M600 Pro packages from him. He is a walking encyclopedia and expert on all DJI products. He tests each air platform he sells so he can support it and assure its functionality. Having him as your technical support on the other end of the phone will be priceless for you as @Karma stated.

I'll give a +1 to @Advexure - had my first experience with them earlier this week purchasing additional accessories and not only was customer service better than I expected, the shipment went out the very next day and I got my stuff pronto.

Can't speak for anyone outside of California but we have a special 'teleproduction exemption tax' which makes the tax 5.25%. I think we're up to 9.5% here in LA so that's significant. I buy all my major equipment purchases that way.

The only thing I'm trying to figure out now is if I can recover any of that tax from my i2 purchase which was direct through DJI but supposedly "includes California tax". If anyone knows the answer to this, I'd love to hear it.
