I can not detach the camera X5S

Just got a new DJI Inspire 2 Quadcopter Premium Combo with Zenmuse X5S and Remote.

I have put X5S on and everything works as it should, but I can not detach the camera. What am I doing wrong?

i presume you mean remove the camera & gimbal from the aircraft?

With the Inspire & Camera facing you, press and hold in the button on the left side of the round aircraft gimbal/camera mount, then gently twist the gimbal mount on the aircraft mount so that the red and white dots line up (red-red dots are aligned when it's in the locked position), the camera/gimbal assembly should then be free to drop downwards to remove it.
