Hi everyone.
Does anyone have tips for flying at walking speed or slower? The reason I'm asking is a client wants crane / dolly shots using an inspire. Flying around at 50m doing reveals and panoramas is easy (and what the I1 is good at), flying in confined spaces with no GPS I'm finding the inspire is terrible at maintaining a consistently slow velocity and altitude. Even with GPS and using waypoints the Inspire drifts and footage is worthless. The only difference I can make to improve my control is to increase stick sensitivity.
Any help very much appreciated

Suggest watch the above (first 1:30 or so) and see if it may work for you with GPS present...
(set a slow base speed then use the RC to give a slow speed back and forth dolly move effect)

Without GPS... not sure what can help in getting what your wanting...

What altitude are you going to be working at? Perhaps you can lay down a surface of some sort to use VPS?

Thanks for the replies. The lower the better, however slow and smooth is the priority. I have been thinking about laying down a track of some sort.

Have you tried lowering the expo on the sticks?

Just a reminder that the simulator is a great place to get some stick time flying without a camera view as well.

You can test various modes, gains, CSC's, maneuvers etc without risking your aircraft.

Use AirPlay on iOS to project to your big screen TV via Apple TV for an immersive experience
