if you made a lighter-than-air dirigible type drone, would you then be exempt from part 107, falling outside the .55lb. minimum?

I like the thought behind that.
I would love to pilot that drone in MSG. I can't figure how they got permission even with it being indoors. Maybe it was because of the weight
