Transfer ProRes AN DNG License to an new Inspire 2 ?

hey folks,

i crashed my Inspire 2, repair is starting.
in the meantime i bought a new Inspire 2, uppcoming jobs want to be done
can i transfer my ProRes and DNG License to the new Inspire 2 on my own via software ?

Covered previously (as most things have).....
Prores/CinemaDNG License in the event of crash/loss/theft

No, impossible.
It MUST be done by DJI and it will be a headache

dji guy told me to come to there facilities to transfer the license.
will update the progress

dji has transferred the dng and prores license in 5 min to the new inspire 2.
had to go the dji facilities.

Glad to hear it was straightforward.
For those not fortunate enough to live near a service department it can be a nightmare to organise.

just had to drive 6 hours

I had to make a phone call to DJI. Whoever I talked to took all my information and said by the next day I should be able to transfer it via DJI assistant software. Had to prove purchase. Also needed serial of crashed I2. It worked and no 6 hour drive : )
But is SHOULD be as easy as activating and de-activating licensed software on a computer...such as Premiere Pro. A crash in the field and needing to switch to a backup I2 on the spot for a big client...ain't happening fast : (

update:
the technician gave me the wrong activation code
after a few phone calls, it was clear, that he gave me the wrong number.
actually now is everything working, puuhh.
what a nightmare ..
