Flytrex Live 3G for Inspire 1 - pre-orders

I just checked the link for tracking that Flytrex sent me. It appears that my package has gone to some kind of pre-sorting facility prior to coming stateside

What when you are flying where there is no GSM? What if it lands upside down and loses GPS?

Fair enough it has the last know position, but if you want an almost foolproof system, buy a Falconry tracker...... almost foolproof. But harder to use.

Yes, and the Falconry equipment is over $1,000 for the transmitter and receiver combo. I use the Marco Polo with the Flytrex Core 2.

That's true, it is expensive, but more reliable. I am looking into a flytrex for the inspire, But I will always be warey of a GSM based emergency product.
