I recently had a drone crash and need to transfer the pro res license to the new drone. Has anyone done this before?

Hate to say it but it's typically not an easy process. Best you contact your dealer and have them submit the request to DJI HQ. Otherwise, an email into DJI Support should eventually get you pointed to the right department that can complete the transfer.
Just chatted to DJi they just said send them the new and old serial numbers and it takes 2 working days. Fingers crossed.

What was the verdict? Did they transfer the license? I'm in a similar boat and requesting information about it now. I can't find anything that says DJI will not transfer the license . . . I dont understand why they wouldnt --- its not like I'm trying to get two licenses.
Was a **** nightmare! Took a week of phone calls to DJI and so much running about.

@BremMyster did DJI finally transfer your CinemaDNG/ProRes license? This is an issue I am considering because of insurance coverage in case of a total loss. thanks
